FoxDesk Cloud is here

The month ends with a client reportShare completed work, exact durations and totals without reconstructing the month from email and chat history.

FoxDesk is now available in the cloud for people who want to use it without installing the application, configuring a server, managing backups or handling updates.

It was built for a simple reason. Our client work is completed by people inside the company, external freelancers and connected AI agents. All of that work needs one reliable place. At the end of the month, it also needs to become a report the client can understand.

FoxDesk keeps the request, responsibility, work, time and report together.

From a request to a client report

A request received by email or through the client portal becomes a ticket. The ticket shows who owns it, what has been completed, how much time was recorded and what still needs attention.

Employees and freelancers can record their work normally. Connected agents can create a ticket, update an existing one, describe what they completed and add time to the correct client. Work done with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or a connected ChatGPT workflow no longer has to stay hidden inside a conversation.

The client sees the completed result and recorded work. They do not receive prompts, terminal commands or internal attempts.

An agent needs a real FoxDesk integration before it can access the workspace. Mentioning FoxDesk in an ordinary ChatGPT conversation does not connect the systems.

One record for people and connected agents

AI work uses the same records as the rest of the team. A phone call handled by an employee, a design adjustment from a freelancer and a technical fix completed with Codex all stay in the same workspace.

Every entry stays connected to the correct ticket and client. You can set client rates, separate billable and non-billable work, use the application in 24 languages and review the full month before sharing anything.

A report that explains the invoice

At the end of the month, FoxDesk turns the recorded work into a client report. The report shows what was completed, how long it took and what the total amount is.

There is no need to rebuild the month from old emails, calendars, chats and spreadsheets. The report uses the same records your team created while doing the work.
