About FoxDesk
FoxDesk is an open-source helpdesk created by Lukas Hanes and AENZE for client support and billable time tracking.
FoxDesk was created by Lukas Hanes and AENZE to handle client requests and record billable work in the same system.
The project is self-hosted and licensed under AGPL-3.0. Teams can inspect the source, run it on their own infrastructure, and modify it under the terms of that license.
Why the project exists
AENZE needed four things in one application:
- customer requests received through a portal or email,
- public replies and internal notes on the same ticket,
- time entries linked to clients and organizations,
- source code and data that the operator controls.
FoxDesk is the application built for that workflow. The public repository contains the application, installer, updater, documentation, and release history.
